Disorganised sales office, poor customer service.
We have not bought heating oil from Bassett Fuels (now part of NWF Fuels Ltd.) for a few years, so thought we would give them another try. Big mistake.
They were responsible for multiple failings all the way from initially taking the order to the final oil delivery. Their sales operation is disorganised and customer service is poor (although they were not rude).
I cannot understand how companies like this can remain in business in the current economic climate.

Quality product, good service.
I ordered "Green" business cards on a standard delivery. The cards arrived very quickly and were nicely packaged. The quality is great and the artwork looks professional. They offer good value for money (even without the discount I got via one of their partners). Highly recommended.

Good service, good price options
I have been using BoilerJuice for several years. By combining orders in my area I usually get a discount. In theory this also reduces transport costs (hence better for the environment). I get an email to tell me if customers in my area are ordering oil, so if I order at the same time I am likely to get the group discount. The discount used to be applied to your current order, but BoilerJuice have made a sneaky change to the terms and conditions. Your discount now gets put in a pot and can be used next time you place an order! If you need your oil in a hurry then there are express options, but the price is higher and does not attract group discount.
