FAILED TO DELIVER AND HAVE TO WAIT 7 DAYS FOR REFUND!!!

I thought it would be easier to order online and have my hoover delivered as i do with many other things. Oh no the time slot is 7am - 8pm.... so thats all day waiting! day off from work - so anyway ordered and waited and waited and waited. the attachments arrived at lunch time. Strange i thought that they would come together but hey ho hoover will be here soon. Waited and waited till 8pm.... still no hoover. Next day i phoned customer services apparantly YODEL the courier service have lost it and are looking for it in there warehouse. mmmhhhh wotever. Day 3 have now been told it could take up to another 72 hours and then if it still doesnt turn up they will send another one!!! What a JOKE!! Have now asked for a refund and they have informed me it will take up to 7 YES I SAID 7 WORKING DAYS TO GO BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT!! Serioulsy i go online and transfer money most days and is practically instant. I am now in the process of writing a complaint. ARGOS I WILL NOT BOTHER WILL A DELIVERY FROM YOU... Thanks all the same
