Fantasic bed. Appalling service.

i ordered a bed and was told it would be 4 weeks. after 4 weeks the bed was not ready, NO body within the sales team were up to date with my order. all in all i waited 7 weeks for my bed, only because a friend took a visit to the place. I was told after i had placed my order that the matress i had ordered was out of stock, this was sorted and another matress chosen a deliverey date was arranged. On the morning of delievery i recieved a phone call saying that it was actually the bed was out of stock (this was 6weeks after my order) i ended up woth a matress, my Boyfriend and his friend then spoke to differet members off staff. eventully i go my bed after 7 weeks but not without a fight! Not Impressed at all. The bed however is lovely!

First of all my sincere apologies for the problems you had with your order, we have had some issues with our processes. We are currently moving our sales & customer service operations to one of our other offices, which will help to address some of the issues you encountered.

On a positive note, I'm glad you are happy with the product itself, I'm just sorry there was such an issue getting it to you. We take customer service very seriously and we're doing all we can to improve the service we give to all our customers and I hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
