I started with Diet Chef three weeks ago, and I only wish I had joined them a long time ago. I've lost 9lbs so far without really having to think about it. Their meals are tasty and so easy to prepare, and you never need go hungry as between meals you can snacks to repel any feelings of being hungry, and you can also supplement your meals with plenty of vegetables.
Even when I have been to restaurants to have a meal, your mindset is such that even if you're a little naughty with your choice of food, as long as you don't go crazy, it's so easy just to get back in the Diet Chef groove the next day.
My target is to lose a stone and a half before Christmas, and I can't see any reason why I should fail to do so.
