Some months ago I placed an order, and it never went through their system despite the fact that they took my money. It took two weeks to get a refund and a load of agro.
This time, I sat in all morning this morning waiting for a delivery. It didnt come so I called their customer service number. I waited some 26 minutes in a queue to be told that the order was not on their system, despite looking at their PDF copy on my screen, and my online bank statement. No order on their system at all. The woman said that she would talk to their IT department and try to process next week. I asked for an immediate refund - lets see if it comes this time.
