Ordered a Sony Camcorder on 16/10/12 to take it for my holiday and paid premium charges for fast delivery. Got a reply after couple of days suggesting delay in shipment from Europe! even though it was showing available and ready to despatch online. Due to short timescale i requested to cancel my order and arrange for the refunds. It's been a month now and i'm still awaiting for my own money. Numbers provided on the website don't work and suggest to contact through fast contact section on website. After sending quite few requests, still no replies. Worst online shopping experience ever!
