Putting things right straight away!
I ordered some prescription drugs for my dog. They arrived promptly, Some of the order was incorrect so I phoned the customer services and was greeted by a pleasant manner and the correct drugs were posted to me the same day along with a prepaid packet for me to return the incorrect items.
Everyone makes mistakes now and again, but I was very impressed at the swiftness in which they put things right.
