bought two games online... two weeks later nothing had appeared, was told by a rude abrupt woman at head office that i needed to take it up with the stores directly.. got hold of the stores and apparantly the games had been sold before i purchased them online (the same issue with two seperate stores speaks volumes alone) so said they would refund the money i had paid... and yes you guessed it, i am still waiting for that refund. Absolutely disgusting service
