Exceptional customer service and care rarely found today.

Having researched and decided upon what new GPS device I wanted to buy, Handtec were offering a good price without rip-off delivery costs on a Garmin nuvi 2495LMT.
The item was ordered and delivered as swiftly as they could have done, considering a weekend was looming.
This was not the first purchase made from Handtec as I have ordered occasionally ffrom them over a period of a couple of years or so. What subsequently happened proved to me that buying from this trusted supplier is always worth doing. A small problem arose (which I do not intend to expand upon) which was down to Handtec's marketing. When contacted about this, a very speedy response was received, which totally sorted the issue; no question.
