I've been dealing with Scan over over 10 years now, and most of the time they get it right - which is better than many other companies who get it wrong most of the time. What i mean by that is when they get it wrong their customer service kicks in and they rectify the issues as soon as possible.
I had some problem recently, one of the guys we had hired to do installations and builds kept reporting faulty hardware from Scan. In the end after much investigation it turned out that he had lied about his qualifications and had no experience of builds and installations and had manage to damage so much kit we had to let him go.
Since then no hardware problems and back to getting on with business.
