avoid at all costs.......!!! I gave instructions for delivery, these were ignored, because of this I never received what I ordered when I needed the item. Phone calls were ignored by 'Spartoo', lame excuses given by their staff. Happy to take your money, very, very bad 'Customer Services'...............never again will I deal with 'Spartoo'.

You did contact us by phone today to let us know that you had received the shoes, and that they were in good quality.
Our phone system does not allow us to ignore calls. During our office hours, there is always someone online to answer the calls. If there is no one available for the moment when you have tried to call, that could possibly be because we were online taking care of other customers...
In any case, what had originally happened was that payment was taken, but that your order had not gone through. So we had processed a replacement order without taking any extra payment which UPS was not able to deliver the first time around. We did contact them to reschedule delivery today and you did contact us by telephone to let us know that the parcel was delivered today.
