I closed my account after moving house. They sent a bill, took payment and cancelled the direct debit.
6 months later I get a call from a debt colletion agency from an unpaid bill that they sent to my old address, after I had moved, and after they had closed the account. This affected my credit, and I was powerless to do anything, as I was never told. The service was crap when I had talk talk, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Customer service clearly dont want to help, they just want to complete there "tickets" so they dont get fired.
