The trust is gone

I placed my my order originally in January this year for two chairs. They were supposed to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. When nothing happened in three months I send them several emails with no answer. Finally in June they (Sofie) contacted me by email and explained me about quality control problems and said that my chairs will be sent out August 30 (yes this year). After that no contact, total radio silence. No chairs, no answer to new emails. Soon it has been a whole year they have had my money and I have got nothing but one email. I think I never see my chairs or my money ever again.
