Left hand does no no what the right on is doing !!

Orderd the Ipad case, then was told not in stock ? Then the following day Email to say would be with me by the 11/11 did not arrive so email Snugg there reply was it could take 5 days with Royal Mail ? then to top it all they send me a email to review my comments on the case which I did not have !!. The case arrived today very pleased with the quality. But Admin !!!
