I would recommend this to friends, because the whole experience has been a pleasant one, with a courteous and friendly lady at the end of the phone, helping me sort out imperial to metric measurements, with time for a chuckle or two, to brighten my day!
The hall carpet runner arrived on the day they said it would; and I am delighted with the quality of the finish, and with the design - it looks really lovely, and several people have commented on how good it looks.
As the runner tended to move across the carpet [as they said it might] I bought ther underlay which is really thin, and the runner has not moved since - great!
