Cant track my goods with there "wonderful" tracking service.. Try and track it "sorry but we can't find your details", even with the tracking number you get. it's not hard in this day and age to try and track somthing but no.
I do understand your frustration about tracking not updating, and do apologise for this inconvenience. However I am not showing anywhere in your customer account that you had contacted us directly about this.
I know that the Yodel website is currently down, giving erroneous tracking results, and as we are able to track parcels with our Yodel business tool, we would have been able to help you. I would encourage you to contact our customer service at your earliest convenience so that we may track the parcel for you over the phone.
