Order placed 28th October, for Christmas bits and pieces. Order complete 16th November. Four items ordered, but one item was incorrect which we had to return (and pay the postage for, they don't have pre-paid return slips, but we were promised a refund), another (a set of jams) had a "use by" date within three weeks of receipt, so heaven knows how long this had been sitting on thier shelf! Asked if they had a batch with later dates, but apparently not. Despite sending three further emails to get an update on the returned goods, delivery date of correct goods, and date of refund of return postage, no further communication was received. Still awaiting refund of return postage! Best to just order miniatures of alcohol it seems (which they have always got right, on this occasion and previously), don't bother with anything else!
