I got exactly what I asked for so very happy

I've had the same Hailo bin for nearly 12 years and didn't think it would be so easy to replace. I found the exact one again (with a better, more up to date lid) and logged on to the Britishbins website. I called them first to make sure I was purchasing the right type/size etc and spoke to an extremely helpful man and within 5 minutes I'd placed my order online. Easy! It arrived 4 days later, well packed and easy to install.
