So I bought something from Amazon UK (via Sports Direct) last week and it was dispatched the next day, all good on that side. Yodel apparently picked it up on the 9th and "delivered" it on the 10th according to my tracking number. Yet no delivery has been made up to now (16th) and no card or even any sign of any sort of delivery has been seen! Absolutely useless. Called Yodel customer service only to be told that I'd have to call the senders (Sports Direct) to start an investigation. So I called Sports Direct who took down the order number and said they will launch an investigation with Yodel who will interview their driver to see what has happened to the parcel.
Would NOT recommend Yodel to anyone as they lie on their online system!
