Usually, very happy, but on this occasion, when paid for a service, we never got it! Maybe couriers fault, but not happy!

I’ve tried to contact you this afternoon to give my sincere apologies for the delay to your goods. We appreciate that time is of the essence to our customers and as you have mentioned our service is usually exceptional and delays to deliveries are rare. I'd also like to make you aware that we monitor our couriers closely and I will give feedback on this instance directly.
