The visit later by the surveyor was carried out without any issues and he made sure that we understood exactly what would be installed also ensuring that we were getting exactly what we had specified. The 2 man installation team arrived exactly on time and worked continuously quietly and efficiently all day to complete the installation. They left no mess or detritus and ensured that we had no decorating to carry out. Subsequent to the installation a minor problem with with a window locking mechanism was rectified quickly and efficiently.
