I initially ordered from a sample I had received a few days earlier only to hear from 247 blinds the next day saying that my vertical blind pattern had been discontinued.
So they sent a few more samples and I reordered only to find that they had already taken the money from my account for the discontinued one! They then tried to tell me that I could not receive a refund on the difference in price, around 12 pounds cheaper, as I reordered after the sale deadline! I then asked to speak to the manager as this was their fault and not mine and he refunded me. Typical of todays online shopping.
Blinds are ok. Full stop
