Unhelpful cheating rude people

Bought a laptop which went faulty in three months, took it back for repair to the know how people who know nothing and are not allowed to touch anything, they sent it away for repair, I was told it was water spill problem and it had affected the mother board. They said it would cost 200 pound to have the board replaced. I refused and took it to my local computer shop who said the fault was just an operating system problem and they fixed it for 40 pounds. Don't ever rely on PC world or the know how team there as they don't give a toss. Lots of PC world and cUrrys products are made in china and won't last more than 18 months Never again will either of these company's get another penny from me.
