Why oh why are some of the biggest companies in the UK using this bunch of incompetent twits to deliver their goods? sat up with an unpaid day off work since 7am and following my tracker for an item to be delivered from Virgin Mobile. All seemed rosy when it says at 11:33 it was with my local courier driver. gets to 20:45 no item, no delivery, no card! I ring their 'customer service' team who are quite rude and attempt to blame Virgin Mobile for the delay (which i find hard to believe as its with a Yodel driver) I check my order tracker at 9pm to an update which says 'your parcel has been delayed' then about 10 minutes later its updated again saying there was an attempted delivery (which there wasn't as i've been home all day) I finally check the tracker again around an hour later to another update saying the delivery was attempted at 12.56! and a card was left! no card and no attempted delivery. I'm not optimistic of getting my order tomorrow either after reading other reviews. I'm incredibly disappointed in a company who are obviously cowboys.

UPDATE- Upgraded to 3 stars- due to the extra mile the courier himself went to when I rang him to get the parcel back to me and arrived on time second time. Much for this company to do to improve, but credit where due to the actual driver who did go the 'extra mile'
