I was sending two different bouquets to two different people on two different days which you would expect to cause problems, but not so for the lovely people at Interflora. Both bouquets got to their rightful recipients on the correct day. Unfortunately neither intended person were home, but again not a problem as the delivery people found neighbors who were home to leave the flowers with and put cards through the doors to let the recipients know that there was something special waiting for them next door. The only thing I would say may need looking at and possibly improving somehow is the fact that with one of the bouquets I wanted to send a hamper. They were not delivered together. The hamper was delivered first thing in the morning and the flowers last thing in the afternoon. I understand that the same people who handle food and drink do not also handle flowers but I would have thought that some effort should be made by the two different sets of people to communicate with each other to arrange to deliver both parts of the order at the same time. Other than this I was very pleased with the service I received from Interflora and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
