Waited and waited for tickets

I booked tickets for the Barclays ATP Tennis at the O2 Arena way back in September. Two days before the event in November I still had not received my tickets. After various phone calls to viagogo I was told that they had tried to contact the seller and that i would not be receiving these tickets. They did assure me that they would get replacement ticket from someone else. They did so at the same price as I paid for them in September. I had checked there website that day and the same tickets were being advertised at half the price I paid for them. Viagogo did not pass on the discount to me even although I had advised them of the situation.I would have thought they would at least have charged me the price they paid the second seller for them. I will never again buy ticket through viagogo.
