HI. I ordered a phone from e2save and Yodel delivered the parcel.This was all ok untill the item was faulty and wanted to return, yodel failed two collection attempts, saying no responce, when actually my mother was at home waiting all day, and our security camera showed NOONE at the door or van parked outside during the whole two collection attempts. To make matters worse i returned via royal mail. Once e2save received the parcel they despatched the replacement which again with yourselfs. It was due for delivery 16/11/2012, no show, no call, no card, i contacted e2save who contacted you and your courier said " oh yes by 9pm today" guess what? no parcel?
This was the first time i had heard of you, and i hope its the last,what a shoddy imcompetant service.
