I could just copy and paste any of the other bad reviews as its the same story. I have waited over a month for my order (since 10th october) only to find out its going to be another 2-3 weeks. The item has appeared as stocked since I made the order, but apparently that just means that their supplier has it in stock, somewhere in Europe. Well it depends on who you speak to. Another member of staff slipped up and said it was out of stock when she meant in stock but in transit from their European warehouse. They suggested I cancel which I did. I had already become suspicious as they could not give a good enough reason why the order was late. I think they sensed this. I was given the impression they were hiding something. They promised I would receive a notification of my cancellation this afternoon but it never arrived. They said that I should be able to see my order as cancelled on the website which I could. But there's no cancellation date. To my surprise they said I would have to wait up to 30 days for my money back as per the terms and conditions. But that only refers to a contract, which is only binding after the order has been past “awaiting fulfillement”. (3.To clarify, your order is not accepted until you receive confirmation that your order status has changed to either "Awaiting Shipment", or "Items Allocated". It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions. )
So I expect an immediate refund. I also believe I was sold a product under false pretences. They new they were never going to be able to supply the product in a reasonable amount of time.
