Felt ripped off

Bought emeli sande tickets online through viagogo as sold out elsewhere. It was the first time I had used the site but never again! I spent over £220 total on two tickets (tickets, admin fee postage and admin) and only when they arrived revealed the face value was £25 each! Worse than that in the ticket it stated they were restricted view - which had not been brought to my attention at time of booking. I received a standard text from viagogo before the concert giving a phone number to call with any last minute queries. I rang the number on the day of the concert but just received a message confirming the office was closed. Fortunately the concert was good but will not use the site again or recommend the site to anyone.
