Service beyond what was expected!

Initially, I had problems with registration on their site largely, I believe, because I over-complicated the process so, my fault really and not the company. After two late evening phone calls, both handled with good humour and considerable patience, the situation was sorted out and I was able to order the desired product.

I placed my order late on a Thursday, the order fulfillment process worked faultlessly and the delivery arrived at 9am on the following Monday and all this on standard delivery terms! This was way beyond my expectations.

Having had indifferent service elsewhere, I am impressed with TechNextDay because they seem to care and they deserve to succeed in the world of online retailing. Based on my experience, I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
