Had some delivery issues but all matters were resolved with good customer service

Despite the delivery issues that were probably not Peak-nutrition's fault, they resolved the matter with excellent customer service

Thank you for taking the time to review our company, and I am sorry to hear that there was a problem with this, your second order with us, and that we may have ignored emails from you.

I have checked through all emails sent to our customer services email address, as well as those sent to the personal emails of the customer service team, and we do not appear to have received any emails regarding this matter. I have emailed you separately to ask you to re-send this communication directly to me so that I can sort this out for you.

Whilst delays do sometimes occur with Royal Mail, we will always sort out any problems with post.
