poor customer service take your money and dont get it back!

I brough a steam mop off wowcher and they took two lots of money out, I realised this straight away and rang them, they said I was right and that they will refund my money it will take up to 10 working days, so when the ten days were up, I rang again and they said i would have to wait to the end of the week to be paid back or show proof, they said I was right and that they did take two lots of money back so why do I need to prove it??
At the end of the week I tried ringing and couldnt get through, it has now been 3weeks. They are quick enough to take my money out but wont give it back. Customer service is bad no one seemed to want to help.
