I was slightly apprehenssive about making my first purchase from Thurgo. I had never heard of them before. However, the Dyson Hot that i wanted was cheaper from them than anywhere else I could find on the net. I went ahead and ordered. Their customer service was excellent. I received emails to confirm the order was received, then follow ups to indicate succesful completeion of the payment, delivery notification day, and finally a one hour time slot on the day. The item arrived when advised and appears perfect in condition. I am 100% satisfied....and all this took 3 days!
