Quite frankly, I am not too sure what my opinion is regarding my shopping experience with Jaques of London. I have ordered one item directly from the company, and another by the use of a Tesco Clubcard voucher.
I tried to EMail the clubcard voucher ( as instructed by Tesco), and all my attempts to do this were frustrated by non-delivery. I did , eventually, manage to contact the firm by telephone and gave the details required for the Clubcard order to be fulfilled, but , to date, I have received no communications whatsoever from Jaques regarding possible delivery of either of the two items, although my credit card statement was charged with my direct order on 8th November 2012.
So I am left which the query - 'what the heck is happening?'
Perhaps someone would take the trouble to advise me ASAP.
