Was NOT delivered when promised.
My package was lost by the courier? and had to be re-sent several days later, which meant that I had to go to another supplier and pay more money for a smaller quantity until this arrived. I can accept things like this can happen but no compensation was offered for the inconvienance. If this happens again then I will change over to another company.
