I use littlewoods a lot but don't have much good news to report. In 80% of purchases everything is fine but when it goes wrong it's awful to try and speak to someone. The automated telephone queues and very limited functionality on the website lead to a poor experience.
Ok, I like very, I have been a customer for years since additions direct but I have a few issues:
Website is not very good- you cannot cancel or adjust orders once placed and the customer service numbers are agonising to get through to (horrible on hold music and LONG queues) the search facility is not great and you can't filter as I would like.
Once you do get through very rarely does anything happen. For example I've had a few issues with the delivery service which I've had to resolve myself - even though complaints have been logged I've never heard back from Very.
Delivery charges: even though all the glossy ads say free delivery, I'm always charged and it takes a lot longer than next directory or other comparable services. If I have to collect a parcel it's a 40minute round trip to the only 'local' depot through the busiest parts of the city.
All in all if everything goes ok I like the service but as soon as something goes wrong forget about it!
