Easy website, good delivery & well packaged
The website was easy to use and I liked the fact that additional items were suggested (I ordered a camera and it saved me searching to know which memory card I should get!). Goods arrived by packaged well. Delivery was 'upgraded' to a speedier delivery, which would have been great had I not factored in the delivery timescale to make sure someone would be in - had to reschedule the delivery as a consequence but that was easily done.

Impressive selection of products. My order arrived promptly and was carefully packed - books that could bend were even wrapped in paper, which was wonderful!
