Returns service colletion does not exist in my experience even after numerous e-mails/phone calls

The delivery was quick enough but the returns system is rubbish I requested a home collection & was given a date, 5 days later the parcel was sitting in my porch. Both e-mails & telephone calls resulted in me being told to take items to collection+ or post office, that is fine BUT i'm a pensioner & my nearest post office is 2 miles away, collection+ is 3 miles. Which ever one I have to use results in a 4 - 6 round trip & that is a big ask expecting an elderly person to have to WALK that distance when you offer a home collection service. Needless to say I would have to be DESPERATE to use your company again
