We purchased four Barbour jackets from Outdoor and Country and had them shipped to us Paris. We received the jackets in good time but some jackets were not in original Barbour packing. We tried on the jackets and non of them fitted. The size's stated on the website were not aligned to the actual size's of the jackets we received, so the kids jackets did not fit. I called the after sales team and they suggested I measured the jackets that did not fit. I did this, took pictures and even compared them in a matrix form to what was stated on the website. The Outdoor and Country After sales team asked me to return the jackets and confirmed that they would cover the £15.00 postage to ship the goods back to the UK. I returned the jackets and got a credit note but I did not get the repayment for the shipping costs. I also wanted confirmation that goods would arrive in original packing and not repackaged / returned product but Outdoor and Country would not guarantee that I would get original product that had not been returned / repacked, which made me feel unsure. I still have not had feedback as to why the sizes on the website did not match the actual jackets. I am now on my fourth attempt to get a reply to why the returned package costs have still not been repaid. I continue to request a reply.
