Items ordered delivered speedily. No problems.

Excellent service and price!

After ordering the tyres to be fitted I was contacted by the fitting centre to let me know they had been delivered that morning, so I was able to arrange fitting a few days earlier than I had anticipated. Tyres fitted while I waited. Delighted.

I would certainly use Tyre Shopper again.

Brilliant service

After our old freezer broke down, I managed to stow the food in my daughter's spare freezer, and as we had to go out the next day, arranged for a free delivery the day after.

We were contacted by text message at 7 am to confirm the delivery time-slot and also phoned by the driver to say he would be here in a few minutes. New freezer duly arrived just after 7 in the morning. Service was second to none and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very pleased with the quality and speed of delivery. All the photos appear as they did on the preview. The only thing which could be improved would be a pdf guide for using the software - once one got the hang of it, it worked amazingly well, but there was a learning curve :-) With the Amazon Local voucher which I used, it was unbeatable!


Not a good experience today!

I was due a delivery today... It was due to arrive between 16.25 and 17.25... There was no sign of it by 17.30, so I checked the tracking info, which claimed it had been delivered next door... Went next door - no sign of parcel. Contacted local depot (had to go on saynoto0870 to find the number - none of their listed numbers are included in the free call allowance... Eventually was patched through to the driver, who admitted she had delivered it to the wrong address. To add insult to injury, she was too busy to collect and redeliver, leaving me no alternative but to go and collect it myself.

Have they never heard of Satnavs? Our house has been here for 30 years, so shouldn't be too hard to find. Also, the lady to whom it had been delivered was initially suspicious as I was not her neighbour. She only handed the parcel over when she checked the address panel, and realised it had been sent to the wrong street!!!

Superb service and quality.

We have now had 4 orders delivered. All have arrived virtually by return and the Nextgen bulbs (mixture of GU10 and MR16) have been excellent... I replaced 5 MR16 down lights and the Led replacements were much brighter than the originals. We are now working our way round replacing a lot of the other bulbs in the house.
