Brilliant experience, even if the wait was unbearable!

I spent £1000 on a new desktop mainly to be used for gaming. I researched for weeks about the best specs I could afford and have to say that the support on the forums from both Administrators and also just general users was amazing. Could always expect a quick response and always willing to help.

I ordered my PC and I received it in 12 working days. Was constantly kept informed of the progress and the delivery service was absolutely brilliant. Text and emails stating delivery date and whether I wanted to change it along with a time slot given to me in the morning which they met perfectly.

PC is brilliant, runs just how I wanted to and was given lots of information in the welcome pack. Couldn't have asked for a better service!

P.s. I will warn that the waiting times are unbearable so if you're impatient opt for the fast track service. I thought I'd be alright but being sat in Pre-production for 9 days was painful!
