I started by purchasing 2 spin training bikes, truly the first time we used them one of them fell apart! parts buckled and the chain unit died! I rang customers services to be told its out of warranty and we can't do anything other than send you a part to fix it! I'm not technically minded so there was no way I was rebuilding it, so we brought another bike and they agreed to take the broken one back to repair, the first time we used the new bike the pedel broke!! when we rang customer services they said they'd send a replacement 2 days later a part was delivered - the wrong part! and now we are still waiting for the part to be delivered, and still the orginal bike hasn't been collected! we've also just had an iron man punching unit delivered today - oh and guess what - the bungs are missing off the base unit!
On a whole - pay a little extra and go elsewhere! every time you call customer services you speak to a new person they never put any notes on your account information so you have to go through the whole saga everytime you call, then they don't really care anyway and just fob you off, they never call you back and when you do place an order you can't choose if its AM or PM and to make any requests all they do is give you the couriers phone number and tell you to ring them yourself - nice and helpful!
On a whole - pants quality of products - pants customer service experience and the only reason why they've actually got 2 stars and not 1 is because what we ordered did actually arrive (broken or missing parts but it arrived)
