I thought I'd try writing about my experience here in the hope WAE responds.
I bought my item on 5th November, and just got my credit card statement with the item on. But there's no sign of the item and my WAE online account simply says "awaiting fulfilment". There's been no email to say it's delayed. So where is it? If I don't hear back in a day or two I'll have to cancel and order from someone else.
Not good.

Your order should not have been accepted as the item was not in stock so I apologise that this was not done and you were not informed of the issue. I organised for the refund to be done straightaway which should be back in your account within a few days.
