Great service
The service I received from pcspecialist was outstanding. I could check up every day on what stage my laptop was in and was emailed each time it went into different stages which were clearly explained on the site and how long they might take. I could modify my order at any time which was amazing since I changed my mind about a hard drive I wanted I could change it there and then with no hassle or that I wanted an extra keyboard. The delivery was fast and came early and packaged well. I bought a vortex 3 which I am very happy with the build and the performance. The only bad thing was the online customer service which was quite slow and a little frustrating at times.
