I had booked a transfer from Izmir airport, Turkey to our holiday resort, Kusadasi Golf Spa and Resort. The booking was accepted online and money deducted from my credit card. I then received an email informing me that I had to change the destination as the resort wasn't in Kusadasi so we couldn't use the Resorthoppa bus. The revised quote to get us to our destination was over 3 times the original price quoted so naturally I cancelled my booking. This was acknowledged and I promptly received an email confirming my cancellation and an invoice to say that I will be reimbursed within 48 hours. The money did not arrive in my account so I emailed several times asking for my money back. Eventually I had a reply from customer services apologising and informing me that the money would be in my account at the end of the day. It still didn't arrive. I have since phoned and written but still have not had a response. I was going on holiday with my brother-in-law who also cancelled his booking and has not yet been reimbursed. I would tell everyone to not touch this company with a barge pole. They are totally untrustworthy. I have since learnt that the resort is not far out of Kusadasi and the second quote given was totally unrealistic.
