Unfortunately I had problems with my previous wedding ring that had been made by another jeweller and got a refund, and some friends recommended diamond geezer to us.
Diamond geezer answered my many questions and concerns and delivered fantastic customer service. My only criticism was that the ring arrived 4 days later than the scheduled date though they did inform me in advance that the ring would arrive late.
I order a top from Very for an evening out that weekend. It didn't turn up and still hadn't turned up 1.5 weeks later. I'd had no notification to give a reason and the money had been taken from my account. It was only when I tracked my order I saw the delivery had been returned to the depot. When I contacted customer service I was told the delivery driver couldn't find the address. I get deliveries to the address all the time and have never had a problem before. I will not use very again.
