Not had any issues with just eat until week week before last. Ordered online paying by card, everything went through but no confirmation email. Waited 30 minutes to speak to someone to see if order had gone through to be told no it hadn't and my money has gone into a holding account. Not to worry in 5-7 working days it would be back in my account. Asked for a reference for the information i was given, i was told there was no reference and I wouldn't need one. It's now two weeks later and no money has been returned to my account. Spoken to my bank and they've confirmed the money was paid through to them. Gone from being a customer once a fortnight to now not using them anymore at all as they can't be trusted and will be warning as many people as i can away from using them.
