Only been doing this a week and a half I admit but I have already lost 10 lbs and feel so much better, the food is lovely I have only had a couple of things I have not enjoyed but I think this is down to my personal taste rather than because there not very nice! Not really felt any more hungry than before yet eating alot less! and the trick of drinking when you do feel hungry works brilliantly. Not having to even make choices about what to eat makes it easy I can avoid going to shops where I always bought the wrong thing but with diet chef there is still loads of variety I'm even trying things I never had. Would recommend to anyone it's makes loosing weight easy and fits into my hectic teacher life! :-)))))
