Parcel was despatched by amazon on Wednesday! Was on the amazon prime which is a guaranteed next day delivery. It is now Saturday and nothing has arrived! Tried calling yodel and they say on the phone message that they delivery up to 5:30pm to business addresses....my parcel is being delivered to work and apparently they tried to delver on Friday at 20:04pm and couldn't gain access, have rescheduled for Monday so lets see what happens. Will not be happy if I have to go and collect this parcel from the depot and I have just sent an email to Amazon telling them that too and asking why on earth they use this company for their deliveries as I have seen nothing but bad reviews about this company.
