Th WORST service ever

Told the sales person I wished to purchase 2 double bed and mattresses for my teenage children he advised me to buy a certain type of bed which I did, 16 months later the matresses are unusable. Complained about how the mattress has completely collapsed to be told they are only fit for a spare room and I was told that at the time of purchase, five calls to mangers who have not returned my calls, not fit for purpose............. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT SHOP HERE
